The Bodyvie Belgravia entrance on West Halkin Street, wooden doors under a glass canopy beside black railings and a palm

This page covers what treatment is like at Belgravia specifically: where we are, who will see you, and what is different about being treated in SW1. The clinical detail, including how the medicine works, where our product comes from and the full list of risks, is on our main anti-wrinkle injections page.

Belgravia is new. The clinic behind it is not. We have been treating patients in London since 1999, and the doctors who work in Belgravia are the same doctors who work in Richmond.

Finding us in Belgravia

Bodyvie Belgravia, 11A West Halkin Street, London SW1X 8JL

By tube. A short walk from Hyde Park Corner and Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line, and from Sloane Square on the District and Circle lines. Victoria is within walking distance.

By bus. Routes serving Belgravia include the 11, 19, 22, 137, 170, 211 and 452, with stops a few minutes from the clinic.

By car. There is Westminster pay and display parking nearby. Spaces can be busy, so allow a few extra minutes.

There is no Bodyvie shopfront on West Halkin Street and no clinic signage. You arrive through a private entrance and come up by lift. Full directions are on our directions and visiting us page.

Who treats you here

Anti-wrinkle injections at Belgravia are carried out by Dr Andrew Weber (GMC 2693226), Dr Vadim Corjos (GMC 7822977) or Dr Dara Suite (GMC 7130257). They are the same three doctors who work at Richmond. That is deliberate. Belgravia is a new address, not a new practice, and we did not staff it with a separate team hired for a second site. If you have been treated at Richmond before, you can ask for the same doctor here. The doctor who assesses you is the doctor who prescribes and the doctor who injects. No prescriber signing off remotely for somebody else to treat you, and no non-medical injector. The credentials travel with the doctors, not the address. All three are on the GMC register under the numbers above. Bodyvie Medi-Clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission and rated Good, and Bodyvie is a Save Face Accredited Clinic, independently assessed against the Save Face standards and listed on the Save Face register until 30 September 2027. All three are appraised annually through MEDSU, an independent designated body, and revalidated with the GMC every five years. You can check each of those for yourself before you book.

Discretion, if that matters

Most people who ask about this are not embarrassed about the treatment. They would simply rather not run into somebody they know in a waiting room, or be seen going into a clinic on a street they walk down every day.

There is no shopfront and no signage. Appointments are spaced so that you are not sitting alongside other patients, and nothing about arriving or leaving identifies why you are there. Your booking confirmation does name the treatment, so if you share an inbox, use an address only you see.

None of that is unique to Belgravia as a treatment, but the building makes it easier here, and enough patients raise it that it is worth saying plainly.

Every treatment includes a two-week review

Every anti-wrinkle treatment here includes a review two weeks later with the same doctor, at no extra cost.

Two weeks is when the effect has settled enough to judge. If a brow has dropped slightly, or one side has taken more than the other, that is when it is put right. If nothing needs doing, you are out in five minutes.

If it suits you better, the review can be done at Richmond instead. It is the same doctors and the same notes, so nothing is lost by moving between the two, and plenty of patients are treated near work and reviewed nearer home.

The same price as Richmond

One zone is £265 at Belgravia. It is also £265 in Richmond.

A central London address usually carries a premium, and in this part of London that premium is real. We have not applied one. It is the same doctors, the same product through the same regulated supply chain, and the same two-week review, so charging more for SW1 would be charging you for the postcode.

What you are paying for is a doctor assessing you, prescribing for you and treating you, and then seeing you again a fortnight later. That costs what it costs wherever the room happens to be.

Afterwards, and who it is not for

Expect small raised bumps at the injection points, a little like bee stings, sometimes with some redness. They usually settle within an hour or two, and bruising is possible. Most people go straight back to work.

The treatment takes about twenty minutes and needs no anaesthetic. We use TSK Invisible needles, which are among the finest made, to keep it as comfortable as possible.

For the rest of the day: stay upright, do not rub the area, and leave exercise, saunas and facials until tomorrow.

It is not suitable in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, with a neuromuscular condition such as myasthenia gravis, with infection in the area, or if you have reacted to this treatment before. The full list of risks and contraindications is on the main treatment page, and we go through them with you at consultation.

Worth knowing, and for longer than most people expect: if at any point in the four weeks after treatment you develop difficulty swallowing, slurred speech or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately and mention that you have had a botulinum toxin injection. This is rare, and it is the advice the MHRA asks every clinic to give.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Belgravia more expensive than Richmond?

There is no Bodyvie shopfront on West Halkin Street and no clinic signage. You arrive through a private entrance and come up by lift. Appointments are spaced so you are not sitting alongside other patients, and nothing about arriving or leaving identifies why you are there.

Will anybody see me arriving?

Yes, every time. The medicine is prescription-only, and a prescription-only medicine has to be prescribed for you by a doctor who has assessed you on that occasion. That is the law, not a preference. In practice a repeat appointment is quicker, because the assessment is shorter when we already know how you responded last time.
