Who treats you at Belgravia
At Belgravia, Juläine is performed by Dr Vadim Corjos. He assesses you himself before any treatment goes ahead, and he will tell you if a biostimulator is not what your face actually needs.
That happens more often than people expect. Sometimes the honest answer is a dermal filler, sometimes it is Profhilo or polynucleotides, and occasionally it is that nothing needs doing yet.
What happens at your appointment
Assessment first. The doctor looks at where collagen has actually been lost, and whether a biostimulator is the right answer at all. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
Treatment. Juläine is placed with a fine cannula rather than a needle, across the lower face. The product contains lidocaine, so no separate anaesthetic is needed. The treatment itself takes about fifteen minutes.
Afterwards. The doctor gives the area a short firm massage as soon as the product is placed, and that is the whole of the aftercare. There is no five-day massage protocol for you to follow, unlike Sculptra. You will have written aftercare guidance before you leave and we remain available if anything concerns you.

Bodyvie Belgravia
11A West Halkin Street, London SW1X 8JL
Belgravia opened in 2026 and is our second London clinic. It sits on West Halkin Street in SW1, a short walk from Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner.
There is no shopfront and no signage on the street, which a good number of our patients tell us they appreciate. Look for the wooden doors under the glass canopy, with CCC House etched on the glass and 11A beside them. Ring the buzzer marked Founders Health / Tempus, then take the lift to floor M.
Full directions and opening hours are on our directions and visiting us page.
What it costs here
A course of three Juläine sessions is £2,550, which works out at £850 a session. A single session is £950. Prices are identical at both our clinics, and a doctor consultation is £50, redeemable in full against treatment. Clinics in central London charge up to £1,400 a session for the same treatment.
Full detail, including why the number of sessions varies, is on our Juläine cost page.
Timing, if you have a date in mind
A course of three runs eight to twelve weeks, the first change shows at around four to six weeks, and firmness carries on developing for three to six months afterwards.
So starting in September or early October means you will be looking your best through Christmas and into the new year. Starting in November or December will not show in time for Christmas, and we would rather tell you that than take the booking on a false promise. If you have a specific date in mind, say so at consultation.
Is Juläine the right treatment for you?
Juläine suits people whose skin has begun to lose firmness and support, where the face looks flatter or less defined rather than simply more lined. It is often considered after significant weight loss, and by people who would rather rebuild their own collagen than have volume placed.
It is not a dermal filler and it does not work like one. It adds nothing immediately, it cannot be reversed, and results arrive gradually from around four to six weeks and continue developing over three to six months. If you want a visible change for a specific date a fortnight away, this is the wrong treatment and we will tell you that.
If you are weighing it against Sculptra, our comparison of the two is honest about where each one is stronger.
Juläine and what it is approved for
Juläine of Sweden is manufactured by Nordberg Medical and is CE-marked under EU MDR 2017/745 for the aesthetic correction of shallow to deep nasolabial folds. We treat the lower face. Where it is used across the wider face rather than in the folds alone, that is a clinical decision your doctor will explain and record at your consultation.
