A course of three Juläine sessions is £2,550, which is £850 a session. A consultation with the treating doctor is £50 and comes off the cost of your treatment.

A course of three Juläine sessions is £2,550 at both our Richmond and Belgravia clinics, which works out at £850 a session. A single session is £950. London clinics charge up to £1,400 a session for the same treatment.

What you will actually pay

Treatment Cost
Course of three sessions £2,550 – £850 per session
Single session £950
Consultation with a doctor £50, redeemable against treatment
Final cost Confirmed following consultation

Most people need a course of three, which is why we price it as one. Taking the course rather than paying session by session saves you £300, and the figure above is what you pay.

Why the number of sessions varies

Juläine does not work like a filler, where the amount used is decided by the volume you want placed. It works by prompting your skin to rebuild collagen, and how much rebuilding is needed depends on how much has been lost.

Two sessions tends to suit people in their forties with early loss of firmness, where the face has begun to look slightly flatter but the structure is largely intact.

Three sessions is more usual where collagen loss is more advanced, after significant weight loss, or where the skin has thinned noticeably.

More than three is uncommon and we would discuss it with you before you committed to anything, not partway through a course.

This is assessed at consultation by the doctor who would treat you. Nobody will quote you a number of sessions over the phone, because it cannot honestly be judged without examining your skin.

The consultation fee

A doctor consultation is £50 and is redeemable in full against the cost of your treatment. If we conclude that Juläine is not the right treatment for you, we will say so, and you will have paid £50 for a proper medical opinion rather than a sales appointment.

That happens reasonably often. Sometimes the honest answer is a dermal filler, sometimes it is Profhilo or polynucleotides, and sometimes it is that nothing needs doing yet.

What the price includes

Your consultation and assessment with the treating doctor. The product itself, which contains lidocaine so no separate anaesthetic charge applies. The treatment appointment. The treatment itself takes about fifteen minutes. Written aftercare guidance, and access to the clinic if you have questions during the weeks that follow.

Review appointments between sessions are included within a course.

How it compares to the alternatives

Juläine is not a cheap treatment and it is not meant to be a quick one. It does, however, sit well below what most of London charges for it. Clinics in central London price Juläine at up to £1,400 a session, which makes a course of three £4,200. Ours is £2,550, and our consultation is £50 rather than £200.

We are a clinic of 27 years standing with two London sites and a CQC rating of Good, not a discounter. The difference in price reflects where our overheads sit, not what happens in the treatment room.

Against other regenerative treatments, Juläine sits above single-session hyaluronic acid options such as Profhilo and below surgical alternatives. If cost is the deciding factor, say so at consultation. There are less expensive routes to better skin quality and we would rather point you to the right one than sell you the most expensive.

If you are weighing Juläine against Sculptra specifically, our comparison of the two sets out the clinical differences as well as the practical ones.

When to start if you want to see it by Christmas

Juläine is a slow treatment, and that matters for timing more than it does for most things we do.

A course of three takes eight to twelve weeks. Sessions are four to six weeks apart, so the course itself runs from your first appointment into the third month.

The first change shows at around four to six weeks. Usually in skin quality rather than firmness, and usually noticed by you before anyone else.

Firmness keeps developing for three to six months after the course finishes, as collagen matures.

Starting in September or early October means your course finishes in November or early December, and you will be looking your best through Christmas and into the new year.

Starting in November or December will not show in time for Christmas. It is still a good time to begin if you are thinking about spring, and we would rather tell you that than take a booking on a false promise.

If you have a specific date in mind, say so at consultation and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Frequently asked questions

How much is Juläine?

A course of three sessions is £2,550, which works out at £850 a session. A single session is £950. Prices are the same at our Richmond and Belgravia clinics. Clinics in central London charge up to £1,400 a session for the same treatment.

Why is a course of three the standard?

Because that is what most people need. Collagen is rebuilt gradually over a series of sessions four to six weeks apart, and two is rarely enough to see the full effect. Pricing it as a course rather than session by session saves you £300 and means you know the whole cost before you start.

Is the consultation charged separately?

A doctor consultation is £50 and is redeemable in full against the cost of your treatment. The consultation fee is taken when you book online and comes off what you pay on the day.

When should I start if I want to look my best at Christmas?

Start in September or early October. A course of three runs eight to twelve weeks, the first change shows at around four to six weeks, and firmness keeps developing for months afterwards. Starting in November or December will not show in time for Christmas, and we would rather say so than take the booking.

What if I only want one session?

You can have one. It is £950 and it will do something, but a single session rarely delivers what people hope for from a collagen biostimulator. We will be straight with you about that at consultation.

Does the price differ between Richmond and Belgravia?

No. Pricing is identical at both clinics.

Is Juläine available on the NHS?

No. It is a cosmetic treatment and is privately funded.

What if the doctor says Juläine is not right for me?

We will tell you, and explain what would suit you better. You will have paid £50 for a medical opinion rather than a sales appointment.

Are review appointments extra?

No. Reviews between sessions within a course are included.

Book a consultation and we will tell you how many sessions you actually need before you commit to anything.
