Profhilo is a skin-boosting treatment that subtly restores facial skin quality, combatting skin laxity and fine lines and wrinkles.
Profhilo hydrates the skin with hyaluronic acid which is injected beneath the skin. Profhilo disperses under the skin to restore skin quality, treating skin laxity and reducing fine lines.
Profhilo’s specially formulated levels of hyaluronic acid are produced through a patented bio-fermentation process which is regarded as high-quality, worldwide, in terms of purity and safety.
This treatment boosts the production of collagen and elastin whilst hydrating the skin. Unlike dermal fillers, Profhilo does not add volume or shape to the skin, resulting in a natural appearance with tighter and glowing skin. Its administration is by your doctor with superficial injections which can be applied to the face, neck and hands to create a lifting effect of the skin, restoring facial firmness and decreasing crepey skin.
This treatment is suitable for both women and men and is also available as Profhilo Body in London for targeted skin bio-remodelling in other areas, such as the neck, abdomen, decolletage and arms.
How Does Profhilo Work?
Ultra-pure hyaluronic acid is precisely injected into the area being treated. Unlike wrinkle-reducing and dermal filler treatments, Profhilo stimulates collagen and elastin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin.
Since this product is stabilised, it works on skin cells for longer than a non-stabilised gel. During this time, the slow release of hyaluronic acid helps boost four types of collagen and elastin.
The stimulation results in significant tissue improvement. Profhilo has a significant tightening/lifting effect on the tissue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This treatment is safe and efficient. A topical anaesthetic will be applied to the treatment area if desired. After the area is numb, your doctor will administer Profhilo via 10 injection points. Due to the nature of injectables, you may experience swelling and bruising which may last 3-7 days.
You will need 2 treatments space 4 weeks apart from each other.
You will notice the results of Profhilo immediately after your treatment.
