Sculptra is £950 per vial at our Belgravia clinic on West Halkin Street. A doctor consultation is £50 and comes off the cost of treatment. Most people who ask about Sculptra leave having booked Juläine, and we will explain why at the consultation.
Sculptra at Bodyvie Belgravia, 11A West Halkin Street, SW1X 8JL, with Dr Vadim Corjos. Belgravia opened in 2026 and is our second London clinic. Every course starts with a consultation, and a consultation may or may not lead to treatment.
How we decide it is right for you
Sculptra here begins with a consultation that establishes whether it is the right choice for you. We prepare and place it the way twenty-five years of using it has taught us, and judge each case on its merits. It suits patients who already have a treatment history with it, who did well on it and who have no history of granulomas, best of all. Belgravia sees a fair number of those patients, often people who were treated elsewhere and want it continued properly.
If you have never had a collagen biostimulator, we will go through both options with you, and more often than not we recommend Juläine at Belgravia. Same family of product, poly-L-lactic acid, prepared in a way we think is easier to predict. It is not a cheaper suggestion and it is not an upsell. It is simply what we would want for our own faces.
The reason for the caution
The known complication of poly-L-lactic acid is nodules, sometimes appearing late, and occasionally granulomas. Reported rates run anywhere from 2 to 14 per cent, and that range tells you the risk is mostly about technique. A 2026 scoping review put nodules at 1.3 per cent with a high-dilution protocol against 8 per cent with standard dilution, and found that massage alone does not prevent them.
So we dilute generously, reconstitute two days ahead rather than on the day, and review before adding anything. Twenty-five years of using the product taught us that before Galderma made it the recommended protocol. The detail sits on our main Sculptra page.
Who treats you at Belgravia
Dr Vadim Corjos treats at Belgravia. He is a cosmetic surgeon and has been with Bodyvie for fifteen years, and he treats at Richmond as well, so if your availability suits one clinic better than the other you are not changing doctor.
The doctor who assesses you is the doctor who treats you. No prescriber signing off remotely for somebody else, and no non-medical injector.
What happens at your appointment
Assessment first. What has been lost, what you have had before, and whether Sculptra is the right answer for your face. If another biostimulator suits you better, we will talk about Juläine rather than treat you anyway.
Preparation. Your vial is reconstituted two days ahead with 7ml of sterile water, with 3ml of lidocaine added on the day, ten millilitres in all. That is now Galderma’s own protocol, and it is how we were preparing it before Galderma changed the guidance. It is also why Sculptra is booked as its own appointment rather than added to something else.
Treatment. Placed across the treatment area and massaged, then you are shown the home massage routine and told how long to keep it up.
Review. Seen again before a further vial is considered. The change is gradual and it cannot be undone, so patience is the safer instinct.

What it costs here
£950 per vial, the same as Richmond. How many vials you need is decided at consultation, not sold in advance. The doctor consultation is £50 and comes off the cost of treatment in full.
Juläine, for comparison, is £950 a session or £2,550 for a course of three, which is £850 a session. Central London clinics charge up to £1,400 a session for the same class of treatment.
Timing
Two to three sessions, four to six weeks apart, with the result developing over three to six months and lasting around two years. It is a slow treatment by design. If you have an occasion in mind, count back six months, not six weeks.
