Booking and walk-ins
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone on 020 7100 0744, or by email at info@bodyvie.co.uk.
We work by appointment so that every patient gets unhurried time with the right clinician. That said, if you call in or come to the clinic without an appointment we will always try to see you if we possibly can. If we cannot fit you in that day, we will talk through what you need and book you in at the earliest time that suits you.
Getting to our Richmond clinic
Bodyvie Medi-Clinic, 133-135 Kew Road, Richmond, Surrey TW9 2PN
By train
The clinic is a three minute walk from Richmond Station, which is served by the District line, London Overground and South Western Railway. There is a taxi rank directly outside the station.
By bus
The 65 bus stops directly outside the clinic. Other routes run along Kew Road.
By car
There is Pay & Display parking close to the clinic, payable by coin or through the RingGo app. For longer stays, Richmond Station Car Park (NCP) is a short walk away. Spaces can be busy at peak times, so please allow a few extra minutes.
Getting to our Belgravia clinic

Bodyvie Belgravia, 11A West Halkin Street, London SW1X 8JL
Finding the entrance
There is no Bodyvie shopfront in Belgravia, which catches a lot of people out, so this is worth reading before you set off.
The clinic is behind the wooden double doors immediately to the right of Waitrose on West Halkin Street, under a glass canopy. The glass above the doors is etched CCC House and the number beside them is 11A. There is no Bodyvie sign on the street.
Ring the buzzer marked “Founders Health / Tempus” and we will let you in. The intercom panel is on the wall to the right of the doors.
Once inside, take the lift to floor M. That is the Bodyvie floor.
If you cannot find us, call 020 7100 0744 and we will talk you to the door.
By tube
The clinic is a short walk from Hyde Park Corner and Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line, and from Sloane Square on the District and Circle lines. Victoria, served by the District, Circle and Victoria lines and by national rail, is also within walking distance.
By bus
Routes serving Belgravia include the 11, 19, 22, 137, 170, 211 and 452, with stops a few minutes from the clinic.
By car
There is Westminster pay-and-display parking nearby. For longer stays, Q-Park Knightsbridge and NCP car parks are close by. Please note that Motcomb Street is closed to through traffic from midday until midnight, so allow a little extra time.
Please call us on 020 7100 0744 for details of which services run from Belgravia and for access arrangements there.
Accessibility
We want every patient to know exactly what to expect before they arrive, so we have set this out plainly.
Step-free entry is available. Alongside our main entrance we have a side entrance with level, step-free access that wheelchair users are welcome to use. Please mention it when you book so we can have it ready for your arrival.
The building has two floors and there is no lift. In practice this affects fewer appointments than you might expect:
- Private GP services and doctor-led treatments are mostly on the ground floor, so these present no difficulty
- Most aesthetic treatments can be carried out on the ground floor on request, as we are able to move the equipment
- Laser treatments are the exception. That equipment is too large to relocate, so those appointments cannot be moved to the ground floor
If stairs are difficult for you, please tell us when booking. We will tell you honestly whether the treatment you want can be accommodated on the ground floor, rather than leaving you to find out on the day.
There is an accessible toilet at the clinic.
If you have any other access requirement, please call us on 020 7100 0744 before booking and we will do what we can to help.
