1 The products you purchase will be delivered to the UK address you provide at the checkout. Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
2. We will always endeavour to deliver within the applicable period, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery time. Delivery times are approximate only.
3. Unless there are exceptional circumstances (this includes problems with stock availability), all deliveries will be made within 5 days after the date confirmed upon your order’s acceptance with us.
4. Should a situation beyond our control delay the supply of products, we will get in touch with you as early as possible to make sure you know and take all the steps within our power to minimise the delay. Taking this approach should ensure we are not liable for delays incurred by such an event. However, if there is the risk of a significant delay, customers are free to contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for the products they have ordered but not delivered to them.
5. In circumstances where no one is available to accept the order at your chosen address, and we cannot post them through the letterbox, we will leave a message or note instructing you how to rearrange delivery or pick up your order from the nearest depot.
6. If you fail to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot, we will get in touch to provide further instructions, and you may incur a charge for the storage of your products and face additional delivery costs. If we are unable to re-arrange delivery or collection or we cannot contact you despite repeated efforts, we may end the contract and refund you for the undelivered products via the method of payment charged for the initial transaction.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately. You can expect the credit to be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
