The products you purchase will be delivered to the U.K delivery address you provide at the checkout. Please be aware that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom.
Whilst we will always endeavour to deliver within the applicable time period, we cannot guarantee exact delivery time. Delivery times are approximate only.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances (this includes problems with stock availability) all deliveries will be delivered within 30 days after the date confirmed upon acceptance of your order with us.
Should the supply or products be delayed by a situation that is beyond our control, we will get in touch with you as early as possible to make you aware and take all the steps within our power to minimise the delay. Taking this approach should ensure we are not liable for delays incurred by such an event. However, if there is the risk of a significant delay, customers are free to contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for the products they have ordered, but not had delivered to them.
In circumstances where no one is available to accept the order at your chosen address and we are unable to post them through the letterbox, we will leave a message or note instructing you how to rearrange delivery or to pick up your order from the nearest depot.
If you fail to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot, we will get in touch to provide further instructions and you may incur a charge for the storage of your products and face additional delivery costs. If we are unable to re-arrange delivery, collection or we cannot contact you despite repeated efforts, we may end the contract and refund you for the undelivered products via the method of payment charged for the initial transaction.
