Your treatment will begin with the application of glycerine to lubricate the area to be treated. The Lipofirm will be applied to the area of the body being treated such as the thighs, buttocks, stomach, arms.

The therapist will massage the area with the Lipofirm Pro machine in a circular movement or figure-eight motion with firm pressure to ensure proper treatment. You will feel the heat from the radiofrequency and a shock sensation from the dynamic muscle activation.

After each treatment, you will feel you can tolerate the Lipofirm more and settings may be turned up to accomplish better results.

After each treatment it is advised to drink 2 litres of water to promote the emptying of fat through lymphatic drainage and to remain active.

You may feel some soreness similar to a challenging workout or some bruising the day after treatment. This treatment works best alongside a healthy diet and exercise for optimal results and maintenance.

For best results, it is best advised to follow a course of 8 treatments, spaced one week apart. After completing your course of treatments, one monthly treatment is encouraged to maintain long-term results alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise.
