Broken veins, capillaries and redness can cause embarrassing flushes often caused by overindulgence and stress. Targeted vessels are eliminated, soothing and creating a more uniform complexion with IPL.

IPL wavelengths target oxyhaemoglobin, found in blood vessels by destroying the target accurately, without affecting or damaging surrounding tissue. The targeted cells are destroyed by the absorption of light and the transfer of energy.

Thread veins, also known as dermal flares, are triggered by hormonal changes which can occur during pregnancy, menopause, sunlight, ageing and genetics. For these veins, often found on the legs or face, the Alexandrite and Nd: Yag lasers target these vessels using specific wavelengths to target the absorption into the blood, removing them with little or no downtime.

After treatment, thread veins may appear darker for a few days before absorption. The number of treatments varies for each individual.
