Youlaser MT laser device is the first unique laser device to combine the gold standard CO2 10600nm and GaAs 1540nm with simultaneous fractional emission. This is ideal for resurfacing and rejuvenation:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Uneven skin tone
- Enlarged Pores
- Acne Scars
- Surgical Scars
It can be used to improve fine lines and wrinkles on the face and neck, even delicate areas like the eyelid area. Also, improves the texture of the skin enabling us to treat acne scar, stretch marks and pigmentation effectively.
How it Works
Fractional laser, also known as ‘pixilated’ is one of the latest advanced technologies for non-surgical skin treatments. Its mixed technology can be non-ablative, ablative or combined.
Quanta Youlaser MT device comes with a state-of-the-art skin scanner that delivers microscopic columns of light into the skin. The heat created removes thin channels of skin to initiate the body’s natural healing process to stimulate new collagen. This immediate contact with the skin shrinks the collagen making the skin look tighter and stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the next 6 months.
The simultaneous emission of both ablative and non-ablative in the same microdot can be adjusted according to the desired effect. The device allows us to change the shape, size and the number of the laser beams delivered, depending on the area being treated, allowing us more control and precision. Therefore, creating less damage to surrounding skin tissue like the older CO2 laser devices.
As CO2 10600nm has the longest wavelengths of all the lasers, it is safe to use on all skin types. Although, anyone with pigmentation is advised to ‘prep’ their skin for 4-6 weeks prior treatment to prevent it from getting worse. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.
Your Youlaser treatment will start with an in-depth consultation with a practitioner to determine your suitability for the laser.
There are some contraindications to this treatment. If you are taking a light-sensitive medication, please inform the practitioner before.
