Commonly known as the ‘non-surgical facelift’ or ‘liquid facelift’, the 8 point facelift is a minimally invasive treatment using hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers to help restore and restructure facial volume.
This non-surgical facelift treatment involves one of our London doctors injecting small amounts of dermal filler directly into eight key areas of your face. Target areas include your jawline, cheeks, under your eyes and around your nose and mouth to enhance volume and restore structure from collagen and fat loss over time. By replacing areas of lost collagen and fat, dermal fillers restore facial volume and texture resulting in a more youthful appearance.
You will have a thorough consultation with your doctor prior to proceeding with treatment to discuss your concerns and desired outcome. Your doctor will conduct a face-to-face assessment to determine the best dermal filler product for you and the amount needed to restore facial volume with a natural and subtle effect.
Whilst the recovery/downtime as a result of this treatment is minimal, some clients may experience swelling or redness post-treatment. This is a natural response to an injectable but is temporary and will subside quickly. After the procedure is complete, the client can resume routine activities immediately.

After your consultation, your doctor will cleanse your face and mark the injection sites. Treatment is mostly painless, dermal fillers are accompanied with local anaesthetic for a comfortable treatment. Both needles and cannulas are used to offer safe treatment with minimal downtime.
Treatments is administered at varying depths and is dependent on the area being treated, always being mindful of the underlying anatomy. Your doctor will show you your results and will offer the opportunity for any adjustments.
Avoid anti-inflammatory medications as aspirin and ibuprofen, both thinners, which can increase risk of bruising.
This varies between patients and desired outcome and will be determined in consultation. For patients requiring large amounts, product is administered over a number of visits for safe and gradual improvement. Results will last between 6-18 months, depending on your lifestyle and metabolism.
You will immediately notice your results after treatment. You may experience some expected side effects such as redness, tenderness, bruising or swelling. This usually subsides within 24 hours. In the case of bruising can last longer so treatment should be planned appropriately factoring this in. We do recommend treatment immediately ahead of important functions.
