Sunekos is an injectable regenerative skin treatment used to support skin quality, hydration and elasticity. It is chosen by patients who want a subtle improvement to tired, thin or crepey-looking skin without altering their facial shape.
The Sunekos treatment begins with a consultation at Bodyvie. We will look at your skin, take a detailed medical history and determine whether this is the appropriate treatment for your concern.
A skin booster with a regenerative focus
Sunekos isn’t a normal dermal filler. It’s not intended to add volume or change the shape of the face. Rather, it combines hyaluronic acid with a specific amino acid complex to stimulate the action of collagen and elastin in the skin.
The goal is to improve skin quality over time. For appropriate patients, this may give skin a fresher, smoother and more resilient appearance over time.
Where Sunekos may be useful

Who performs your treatment. Every treatment begins with a face-to-face consultation with the doctor who will be treating you.
Your skin assessment
Your practitioner will look at the skin and discuss your goals before treatment. We will also ask about previous cosmetic treatments, allergies, medical conditions and any medication you may be taking.
This allows us to establish if Sunekos is suitable for you and whether you may require one treatment session, a series of treatments or a different treatment plan.
How the appointment is carried out
The treatment area is wiped and set up. You may be given a topical numbing cream for comfort. Sunekos is then injected into the skin with fine injections.
The technique and the points of treatment depend upon the area to be treated and the quality of skin. The appointment is usually straightforward and you’ll be able to leave the clinic soon after.
Settling after treatment
After Sunekos the skin may be red, slightly swollen or marked where the injections were placed. You may also get a few small bumps or a little bruising.
These side effects usually fade after a few days. You may be advised to avoid heat, strenuous exercise, alcohol, makeup and active skincare for a short period after treatment.
Gradual changes in the skin
Sunekos is not an instant filler-like solution. Usually the skin responds and the improvement is gradual. Some patients first notice a better hydration or a freshness.
Changes in texture, firmness and fine lines usually take several weeks to appear. Depending on your skin and the result you want to achieve, a course may be recommended.
